  • Skills in stenography will be added advantage.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

  • Personal Support: Manage personal errands and appointments for the director.
  • Schedule Management: Manage the calendar, prioritizing appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
  • Arrangements:
  1. Schedule travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and cars bookings.
  2. Accompanying director during meetings outside Bhopal too.
  • Communication & Correspondence:
  1. Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  2. Compose and draft professional correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  3. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all communication.
  • Project & Task Management:
  1. Assist with various projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion.
  2. Prepare meeting agendas, talking points, and briefing materials.
  • Office Management:
  1. Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
  2. Order office supplies and equipment.
  3. Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
  4. Manage expense reports and travel arrangements.
