| Key Roles & Responsibilities | Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, accessible, responsive UIs Build modular React apps using MFEs and shared component libraries Lead end-to-end feature delivery with strong test coverage (unit, integration, e2e) Collaborate on architecture, state management, and performance tuning Mentor peers, enforce quality via PR reviews, logging & monitoring (DataDog) |
