| Experience Required | 6 months – 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome. |
| Qualifications | Minimum 12th pass, a bachelor’s degree is preferred. |
| Languages Required | Hindi, English + any one of Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada |
| Key Role & Responsibilities | -Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. -Handle inbound queries and provide relevant information to customers. -Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer interactions. -Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries. -Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention. -Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. -Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. -Handle customer objections and provide appropriate resolutions. |
