We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our team of Business Development Executives (BDEs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, creating a sales funnel, and driving business growth.
| Salary | ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month |
| Experience Required | Minimum 4 years in Business Development |
| Qualifications | Graduate/Postgraduate in Economics, Commerce, Finance, or Marketing |
| Skills Required | Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong presentation and communication skills. |
| Key Role & Responsibilities | Manage import/export documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations. Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives to achieve sales targets. Manage client relationships and provide consultation to drive business growth. Develop and implement strategies to create a robust sales funnel. Represent the organization in client meetings and presentations. Ensure team productivity through regular follow-ups and performance evaluations. Prepare reports and presentations for internal and client use. |
