| Key Role & Responsibilities | Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process. Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions and provide recommendations. Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes. Handle tax planning and compliance for individuals and businesses. Coordinate and manage external audits. Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide financial guidance to management for making business decisions. Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics. Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures. Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and legislation. |
