| Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory). |
| Skills Required | Proven experience in sales leadership within Ayurvedic, OTC, or healthcare industries. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. |
| Key Role & Responsibilities | Team Management 1. Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve assigned targets. 2. Provide guidance, motivation, and support to team members to enhance performance. 3. Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and address challenges. Sales Strategy and Execution 1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Ayurvedic, OTC, and medicine segments. 2. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement. 3. Ensure consistent market coverage and follow-ups to maximize sales. Customer Relationship Management 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors. 2. Address escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution. Market Insights and Competitor Analysis 1. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. 2. Share insights with management to refine business strategies and stay ahead of competition. Reporting and Compliance 1. Prepare and submit detailed sales and team performance reports. 2. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. |
