| Key Role & Responsibilities | Student Advising: Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding academic plans, course selections, and career goals.Academic Planning: Assist students in developing and implementing effective academic plans and strategies.Support Services: Identify and provide resources for students needing additional academic support, including tutoring and study skills workshops.Monitoring Progress: Track and monitor student progress, providing feedback and intervention strategies as needed.Workshops and Seminars: Develop and conduct workshops on various topics such as time management, study skills, and career planning.Collaboration: Work closely with faculty, administration, and other staff to support student success and address any academic concerns.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress. Outreach: Conduct outreach to students at risk of academic probation or dismissal, providing necessary support and resources. |
