We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee the sales and team management for our medicine, OTC, and Ayurvedic product portfolio.

Salary₹50,000 per month
Experience RequiredMinimum 2 years in sales with experience managing a team of 8 members
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Skills RequiredStrong analytical abilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Key Role & Responsibilities        Manage import/export documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations.
Team Leadership and Management:
1. Lead a team of 8 sales executives, providing guidance, mentorship, and motivation.
2. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the area’s needs.
2. Ensure consistent market penetration for OTC, Ayurvedic, and medicinal products.
Market Development:
1. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
Market Analysis and Insights:
1. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
2. Provide actionable insights to management to refine sales strategies.
Reporting and Compliance:
1. Prepare and submit detailed sales reports with team performance metrics.
2. Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
